What exactly is a solid wood panel?
The term solid wood refers to wood products made entirely from a naturally grown tree trunk. Our panel parquet is therefore pure wood through and through. The major advantage: even after decades, no top layer can ever come loose. Master floor layer Christian Sterrer thus creates floors not just for a lifetime, but for generations.
The solid wood panels at our flooring workshop are available in over 20 different wood types and grades. Oak is currently the most popular choice, but we also work with pear, walnut, larch, and cherry wood.
At Bodenlegerei, you can select not only the wood type but also the surface finish, texture, grading, and bevel depth of your solid wood panel. “Anything is possible, as long as it is technically feasible,” says Christian Sterrer.
